JACKSONVILLE, FL (December 18, 2024) – Racing Prodigy™, creator of the world’s first e2Real™ sports league, welcomed the first Prodigy Pass winners of its Prodigy Racing League™ (PRL™) Season Two sim racing esports competitions. The six drivers from six countries punched their tickets to the real-racing tryouts at Prodigy Week, planned for summer 2025, after participating in the iRacing PRL Mazda MX-5 Cup, iRacing PRL Toyota GR86 Cup, and the Williams Esports + Racing Prodigy Fastest Lap Competition during WIMNA’s Women with Drive Summit IV and Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show in Indianapolis this past weekend.
Racing Prodigy plans to award 40+ Prodigy Passes during Season Two for all-expenses-paid trips to Prodigy Week where the sim racers are coached and evaluated across many disciplines, including fitness, on-camera interviews, car control, data performance, and ultimately, via competing in Radical SR1 race cars on the racetrack. From there, they have the chance to be drafted onto teams such as Thibaut Courtois Prodigy Racing, Williams Esports Prodigy Racing, G2 Prodigy Racing and others as they earn paid contracts with Racing Prodigy to drive real race cars in its Prodigy Three (P3) Championship Series, the first of three real-world series within the PRL e2Real pathway, and the drivers opportunity for a sustainable racing career.
The first six Prodigy Pass winners of Season Two:

PRL Season Two features more games, expanded pathways, and additional Prodigy Passes to real-world racing, including upcoming in-person opportunities at Autosport International (Jan 9-12) in Birmingham, England, in partnership with Williams’ esports division.
“We are creating a path for racers to not just dream about getting behind the wheel, but to seize it,” said Racing Prodigy CEO David Cook. “Discovering and developing top racing talent shouldn’t be dictated by how much money one has. Motorsports should be about discovering the best drivers – prodigies. By leveraging the accessibility of sim racing and tapping into the one billion gamers globally who prefer the racing genre, we’re discovering untapped talent and growing fandom.”
There are currently six Prodigy Racing Teams competing — Williams Esports, Thibaut Courtois Racing, G2 Esports, Guild Esports, BS+COMPETITION, and SuckerPunch Fueled by Fans — , each fielding four drivers – aged 15 to 30 from 14 countries along with practice squad drivers. Over the course of the 10-round P3 Championship, teams go head-to-head and wheel-to-wheel in Radical SR1 race cars, competing for team and driver championships. Each car number represents the driver’s draft selection order, helping fans easily track their performance throughout the series.
