Four Prodigy Passes are on the line in this iRacing Mazda MX-5 Cup event. It will kick off PRL Season 2 as the first of several iRacing esports competitions. Running from September 10 to December 9, this event culminates with two Finals on December 15. There are two qualifying paths to reach the Finals:
To advance to the Finals from either the Williams Gaming Club or the official iRacing MX-5 Cup series, or to win a Prodigy Pass through the Prodigy Search program, you need a Racing Prodigy Membership (RPM) and can compete with either the PRL iRacing Game Pass or the PRL Combo Game Pass.

Top 48 leaders in points from the series (36 from the Fanatec Global Mazda MX-5 Cup and 12 from the Williams Gaming Club MX-5 Time Attack series) advance to enter the Finals on:
Sunday, December 15 starting at 1 PM ET / 5 PM GMT
Track will be announced before Stage 1 ends and will be selected from the tracks used in the series.
GROUP 1:
24 drivers (made up of odd drivers from Top 48, e.g., 1, 3, 5, etc.)
Single Finals Race
Qualifying + 30-minute race

24 drivers (made up of even drivers from Top 48, e.g., 2, 4, 6, etc.)

*If you purchase a Racing Prodigy Membership with the PRL iRacing Game Pass or Combo Game Pass after October 7, 2024, you will not be able to participate in the Stage 2 Finals but will for all future events during your active membership period.
