1. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the member (“Member”) and Racing Prodigy, Inc. (“Racing Prodigy”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
2. MEMBERSHIP DURATION AND AUTO-RENEWAL
2.1 Membership Term:
The RPM membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
2.2 Auto-Renewal:
Upon expiration, the membership will automatically renew for another year at the regular price unless canceled by the member.
3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITSÂ
3.1 Special Introductory Offers:
Any special introductory offers are valid until the specified date.
3.2 Discounts:
The membership benefits include discounts on specific game passes as outlined in the RPM Plan.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
4.1 Cancellation:
Members may cancel their RPM membership at any time.
4.2 Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for partial membership periods.
5. MEMBERSHIP USAGE
The RPM membership grants VIP access to participate in designated PRL series, tournaments, and related events for the chosen racing games.
6. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Racing Prodigy, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the participation in PRL series, tournaments, or related events.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Racing Prodigy, Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Racing Prodigy Membership with prior notice to the members.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed in the appropriate state or federal court located within the State of Florida.

By purchasing the Racing Prodigy Membership (RPM), Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
