JACKSONVILLE, FL (November 13 2024) – Racing Prodigy™, creator of the world’s first e2Real™ sports league—utilizing gaming competitions to discover and develop racing talent while democratizing motorsports—has announced the coaches for the six teams revving up for the inaugural Prodigy Three (P3) Championship, along with the format and structure of the first of three real-world series within the Prodigy Racing League™ (PRL™).
The Prodigy Racing Team coaches are:
- Guild Racing Prodigy Team – Katherine Legge, Indy 500 driver, team leader in the 24 Hours of Daytona, Pikes Peak Hill Climb competitor, and advocate for women in motorsports
- G2 Prodigy Racing Team – Boris Said, NASCAR driver, 24 Hours of Nürburgring winner, and former BMW factor driver
- TC Prodigy Racing Team – Tatiana Calderón, a racing driver and F1 test driver, has competed in international series such as Super Formula, IndyCar, IMSA, and the World Endurance Championship. As an advocate for women in motorsports, she also works with FIA F3 and F2 to improve car ergonomics for female drivers.
- SuckerPunch Prodigy Racing Team Fueled by Fans – Andrew Carbonell, racing driver, Mazda’s lead race car development driver and annual racing competition coach and judge, Porsche Carrera Cup, and Sprint Challenge coach
- BS+COMPETITION Prodigy Racing Team – Robby Foley, American racing driver with multiple championships, currently competing in the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship
- Williams Esports Prodigy Racing Team – Ben Hawkins, Head Coach and Head of Performance at Williams Racing Esports, specializes in developing racing talent and driving sustained success.
- P3 Practice Squad – Westin Workman, dual Factory Driver for Toyota and Mazda, and two-time Mazda Motorsports scholarship winner
The coaches will mentor and develop their team of four drivers, all of whom have received paid contracts with Racing Prodigy. The 24 drivers – aged 15 to 29 from 14 countries, including two female drivers and five mobile gamers – were selected during the inaugural Prodigy Draft in July. In addition, the coaches will have access to six drivers who were chosen by the fans in an online vote to become practice squad drivers for the series. During the racing season, teams will have the option to send any driver down to call up a practice squad driver.

Racing Prodigy also revealed the schedule for the 10-Round P3 Championship:
- P3 Rounds 1 & 2 – November 16-17, 2024 – NOLA Motorsports Park – Avondale, LA
- P3 Rounds 3 & 4 – January 6-7, 2025 – Sebring International Raceway – Sebring, FL
- P3 Rounds 5 & 6 – February 4-5, 2025 – Homestead-Miami Speedway – Homestead, FL
- P3 Rounds 7 & 8 – February 25-26, 2025 – Atlanta Motorsports Park – Dawsonville, GA
- P3 Rounds 9 & 10 – March 29-30, 2025 – NOLA Motorsports Park – Avondale, LA
The P3 Championship regular season spans four race events and eight Rounds, featuring 24 rostered drivers and 6 practice squad drivers competing head-to-head in Radical SR1 race cars. Each event includes 9 practice sessions, a qualifying session to determine lane choice for the head-to-head team matchups, and 6 head-to-head races. Races are 18 minutes long, utilize rolling starts, and cannot finish under caution. Additionally, each event will feature an elimination race for practice squad drivers.
Throughout the first four events, five practice squad drivers will be eliminated. After the fourth event, each team will release one rostered driver, leading to a final Knockout race featuring the remaining practice squad driver and the 6 drivers released at the end of the regular season. The race winner and one additional driver, saved by judges, will secure spots as practice squad drivers in the Prodigy Two (P2) Championship, set to launch in 2025. Only 18 drivers will advance to the playoffs (3 per team).
All six teams and 18 drivers will compete in the first playoff race, with the grid determined by regular-season win/loss records. The top four teams from this race will advance to the final playoff race, where the overall team and driver champions will be crowned. All 18 rostered drivers will progress to the P2 Championship in 2025.
Each car number represents the driver’s draft selection order, helping fans easily track their performance throughout the series.

PRL Season Two sim racing esports competitions are underway globally, giving more aspiring drivers the chance to test their skills and earn an opportunity to get behind the wheel of a real race car in June 2025. This season features more games, expanded pathways, and additional Prodigy Passes to real-world racing, including competitions at the Williams Racing Fan Zones in Austin, TX, and Las Vegas, NV, the Performance Racing Industry Show in Indianapolis (Dec. 12-14, 2024), and online events with game partners, including collaborations with the Williams Gaming Club and top sim racing influencers.
