Your Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager – someone who’s not just savvy with hashtags and filters, but who lives and breathes social media and content creation – PLUS the thrill of racing. If you’re ready to take the wheel to drive our online community engagement to new heights, read on.

What You’ll Do:

• Voice of the Brand: Steer our social media narrative across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Facebook, and X.
• Strategic Planning: Implement content strategies that align with our brand’s goals and audience’s interests.
• Content Wizardry: Craft and deploy content that resonates with our audience, from gripping posts to engaging videos, helping to organize and plan resources, including on-air talent, editors, visual artists, scriptwriters, and more.
• Livestream Management Expert: Oversee live digital events from technical setup to conclusion, curating content, coordinating talent, and engaging audiences for a standout experience.
• Community Engagement: Connect with our global fanbase, sparking conversations and building lasting relationships.
• Partnership Developer: Cultivate and leverage relationships with influencers and key social channels, creating strategic partnerships that enhance our brand’s reach and impact.
• Campaign Strategist: Spearhead captivating social media promotions and advertising, including sweepstakes and contests, to actively engage our audience, sometimes collaborating with partners to amplify reach and impact.
• Analytics Guru: Use data to refine and enhance our social media strategies for maximum impact.
• Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on emerging social media trends, ensuring our brand stays ahead of the curve.
• Lead our Community Team: Lead our graphic artist, editors, and content contributors.

• Experienced creating and sharing detailed plans in Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs.
• Quick-thinking, organized, and able to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Keenly aware of the latest social media trends and how they can benefit our brand.
